    Secure Sign-Up

    First-time patients complete a short medical questionnaire and a standardised psychological wellbeing screen as part of account creation. Existing patients sign in.

    Real-Time Prescriber Review (At Your Appointment)

    Before any treatment is administered, your visiting practitioner sets up a live video consultation with our Medical Director, Dr Patrick Shively, MED0001794908, Medical Practitioner, General registration. He reviews your questionnaire and screening with you, discusses risks and aftercare, and decides whether treatment is clinically appropriate on the day.

    Treatment & Follow-Up

    If treatment is approved, your practitioner proceeds. We follow up with you after the appointment to check on healing and answer any questions.

    As a regulated cosmetic procedure, treatment is only authorised after a real-time consultation with our Medical Director, Dr Patrick Shively, MED0001794908, Medical Practitioner, General registration.
